i think a great trail for beginners is prime cut up and kessle
down at 18 rd. you can improve your fitness, and work on your
bike handling skills. there isn't anything too difficult to
ride and it's great to learn about your bike.

I'll second Pablo on that. anything on 18 rd is going to be
smooth and flowy, start small and work your way up. You should
also check out Kids Meal at the Lunch Loops, it now has easy
lines and progressively harder lines built around them for you
to learn and develop your riding.
       Good luck.

Thank you for the advice! I rode up Prime Cut and down Kessler.
I LOVED it. I am starting with zero endurance so I got winded a
lot going up, but still loved every second of it, lol. I want
       to do it again Saturday.
I haven't heard of the Lunch Loops but researched it today. I
think that sounds like a super fun place and will definitely be
       trying that. Again, MUCH appreciated!
       Lisa
