Use online tools in the onboarding process There's no denying
it: a new employee's first day is, as a rule, tumultuous. Both
for the newcomer in a completely new context, and for the
company that has to adapt the person often, this means that
managers will need to take time to talk to or train the new
talent . Imagine how much information needs to be conveyed at
once. Now, imagine wasting half the day just with paperwork and
bureaucracy. Tell me people you know who actually LIKE spending
their day filling out paperwork and dealing with bureaucracy.
Chances are you'll have to rack your brains to remember the
names. Most people find this part boring and tedious. I imagine
you don't want to demotivate newcomers in the first few hours,
right? So it is. My tip is that you Phone Number List

make the entire process as online as
possible. For example, it is better for initial communication to
be done via email or through dedicated platforms, because it
prevents the person from going in person for every need for
contact. Another thing. you need to have the employee's data
well kept. Instead of paper and pen, if the registration is done
online you save time because the person does not need to wait
for the first day of work to complete this mission: they can
fill out everything from home, before starting.

I recommend the Xerpa platform. There is still another way to
use technology to your advantage. It is not mandatory, but many
companies offer an Employee Handbook with rules, regulations,
additional information, etc. Why not make this information
available online? Here, for example, we created a version of
this Manual in a members area as if it were an online course
that employees can look at at any time.
