Any member of this community has a right to make a request. No
one is excluded.only "BLACKLISTED"
Any request who does not follow the model given it's rejected.
The persistent person who doesn't follow this rule will be in
Blacklist.
When you make a request, the title should look like this:
Request Avatar "NAME" / Request Avatar. ( Otherwise will be
closed and rejected )
You can not ask for two works in a request (ex Request avatar +
signature) > REJECTED
When you make a request, it is open within 2 days (48 hours),
doens't matter the posts in the topic.
We don't work on images already edited.
Post obligatory one or more images that designers can work.
The images must not have sexual content, violent or racist.
Choose carefully the desired image because it's not permitted to
change the image once it was posted topic.
If you put images with better quality, the designers work out
better. Post high resolution images High Quality!
Do not make a request for an another user or a friend. You will
be on the Blacklist.
You are allowed to make another request only after 2 weeks from
previous request.
For a request you need at least 100 posts or higher than Girls
or Members.
Members who holds the rank of Manager CS 1.6 Manager CS:GO
Afiliat are the only ones who can "Request server ranks".
Remember to follow the rules above!
GFX staff handle requests only in stock pictures, not C4D or
renders!
Don't post comments like "thx for the avatar" or "when i ll
recieve the avatar?" or "Thank you, give TC". I remind you there
is a BUMP function in the top right of the topic.
From now, Designers will edit / make only avatars, signatures,
userbars, wallpapers and banners. (Gif or not, will be in
designers hands)
Logo requests will be available only for Staff users.
You Can't Make Request Echipa For Your Server , only if 1 month
passed (BLACKLISTED)
CSBLACKDEVIL rules prohibits especially these in Design section:
(1) Messages about issues that were discussed; (Off-Topic)
(1) Deviation from the subject of the topic; (Post-Hunt)
(2) Dirty language.
Sanctions Rank (1) WARN 3-5 points it's valid between 3 and 7
days.
Sanctions Rank (2) is WARN / BAN it's valid between 3 and 14
days.

The V.I.P group has some special rules:
Can make a request at any time, it is not necessary to wait 2
weeks.
They can choose avatar + signature
The request will be closed when the user will be satisfied .

Each designer is forced to answer about each request in his free
time he chooses.
The Design team must present at least 2 works in each request.
If a request if something is wrong, ask the member by editing
his post. (EX I ; EX II)
At a special request of server ranks, you just post a model, and
if the manager likes it, you can continue the legend.
GFX team must respond to the request within 48 hours.
The Designers must not reply with the following: "The user
choose, tc." etc. To do this, you can close the topic directly
without having to leave other comments.
On any work, you must write the watermark "CSBD / CsdarkCore /
www.CsdarkCore.com / CsdarkCore Community"
The topic title must be as the reason: [Solved] ; [Rejected] ;
[Blacklisted].
