Will Smart Contract Debugging Fix The Problems?

       Hi Peeps,

We all know about the loss of millions each year form the smart
contract being loaded to blockchains with poor code. Adding a
debugging layer to fix this seems so simple, why has this not
       been done already?
Libonomy Blockchain offer this solution in there new blockchain.
They just added some files to their GitHub but I don't know what
to do with them to see the data for myself. Is there any real
technical people here who can help me understand this blockchain
a little better? They also claim to provide interoperability to
the world in July this year. I also notice they say this
blockchain is totally new build, its not using POW, POS, DPOS.
Its put AI in control of the whole blockchain, introducing AI
Consensus Algorithm, Love to see the data on testnet but not
that technical. The info below is for us to see the testnet
data. Is there a member who can look into this data and update
       us all on the facts??

       libonomy-p2p
Go implementation of the libonomy p2p network simulater
       sha256-simd
Accelerate SHA256 computations in pure Go using AVX512 and AVX2
for Intel and ARM64 for ARM. On AVX512 it provides an up to 8x
improvement (over 3 GB/s per core) in comparison to AVX2.
       ed25519
This package is to be used as the replacement for
golang/crypto/ed25519 . The package has been further extended
with functionalities of messaging signature, test cases and
       others
Please help me guys or I'm stuck waiting. I see good potential
in the coin LIBOEX they offer with this blockchain and want to
get in as early as possible.
       Thank you for your support.
