I am reposting this in the hope I will be able to help out more
than ever; and that is not a joke.
Name*: Stephen (will not give full name for privacy reasons)

Are you white-listed on another server? If so which one: No. I
usually stick with 1 server.
How much have you been on server: I have been on for about 1-2
months.
Do you have any experience in it: In what? Server moderation? If
so, no.
Why do you think we should promote you: I believe I should be
promoted because I care for the people on this server and do
what I can to help them already, even without being a mod. I
love seeing this server grow as more people get on, and as
people build more contraptions/ buildings. Usually, if someone
just becomes member, i will invite them to my town, and if they
say no give them food and iron tools and armor so that they have
a fighting chance against the wild while they get started.
Have you been banned/kicked from a server, why?: No.
How much can you be active: I can be active 1-3 hours on
weekdays and 3-5 hours on weekends.
What time zone are you in: I am in the North American Eastern
Time Zone.
What time would you likely be on: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (off and
on) on weekdays and 12:00 pm- 10:00 pm on weekends (again, off
and on)
Some extra information*: I have grown over the past few years to
become a more gratuitous and nice person in general, especially
in real life. This change has resulted (IRL) from me being a
relatively selfish person a few years ago that no one wanted to
be around, to a kind and happy person with much more friends.
Also, i have a cat (the reason for "cat" in my IGN) and like to
play music (the reason for the "music" in my IGN).

Please respond to these questions, tell us what you would do in
these situations.
You see someone flying: Tell them to remove the mod they have on
and then tell them to read the rules (rule 14). If i see them
flying again I would kick them. Any further rule-breaking would
result in a temp-ban or ban.
You see someone spawn killing: Immediately tell them to stop and
read the rules (esp. rule 1). If I see them continue, kick them
and when they get back on tell them that if they violate the
rules again they will get banned.
You see someone who killed someone is not giving the stuff back
to the person who got back: Use /invsee to make sure they have
the other players stuff. Then tell then to give it back and read
rule 6 or they get a kick. Any further abuse will result in a
temp-ban then a ban.
Someone tells you there is a bug: I would check it out. If i
found out it was not that persons computer lagging or something,
I would tell an admin, or other higher rank.
Someone gives a random link: Tell them to read rule 5. If they
do it again i would kick them. Again? Temp-ban then a ban.
Someone insults you: Tell them to stop and read rules 1,2,9, and
13. If they continue i would kick them, then move from there.
Someone griefs your house or steals from you: Figure out who did
it, get my stuff back, tell the player to read rule 6, then kick
them.
Someone glitches to a place he shouldn't be: Teleport them out
of there. If they continuously have the problem, ask them whats
going on. If they are unsure, tell them to restart their
computer. If they seem like they are not telling the truth, i
would tell an admin or higher rank about it.
Someone says he wants creative and begs for it: I would say
"Please read rule 11." If they continue, then I would kick, then
if they continue i would temp-ban or ban.
Someone griefs a house: Figure out who it was if I didn't see
them do the actual grieffing. Then tell that player to never
grief again and to read the rules. If they grief again, they
will have a "kick" in the face (lol).
Someone has a lot of diamonds/emeralds in his inventory: Ask
them where they got it. If they say they bought it ask "from
who?" If it doesn't check out, kick them.
Someone asks you for stuff: Tell them that I will sell them
stuff from my survival inventory but must ask a higher rank for
other supplies (or someone else). If they persist, I would tell
them to stop, then kick them if they continue.
Someone asks you for help but you cant do much: I would
obviously do what I could, then ask a higher rank for
assistance.
*Note* After kicking a player for breaking a rule, I would
notify a higher rank.

Just so you can know you cant post again just after you were
denied. You must wait 2 weeks. Fell free to post again MARCH 2nd
2012
