MasterBuilder is only for the best of the best, the
people/builders who wont be mod but are amazing builders,
respectful, and follow rules.
You have just been promoted to builder but chances arent gone.
Just be active and helpful to us (NO offence but builders dont
do much for the server at the moment.)

Basiclly yes althought we do have a lot of master builders right
now. Maybe in the future who knows.

Question 2-
Are MasterBuilders allowed to use spawn eggs and place NPC's? If
not I think they should buy with one guideline-No over doing the
spawn of those. Thoughts?
(Please keep in mind the regulation)

Well since Viper does not want a lot of mobs randomly spawned.
They wont be able anymore and must ask us to make mobs.

When Trash says "us" he means Admin and up.
