Adding a new chatroom in

We should add a chatroom that allows every staff member
(builders, mods, admins, etc) to chat together. I believe that
would be very useful for all of us. :)

I was for the idea since it started. A builder chatroom would be
a good "gift" since most builders work equally as hard as mods(I
think...). I like the idea though =)

There are ONLY 2 plugins. Opchat and Staffchat. There aren't
other plugins that allow private chats. So this isn't really
possible.

Ah I see well there are other means of group chat. Good idea
