       Wait... do you mean "MINUS" 40% exp?
       Damn, I would have loved to try the Endless Tower soon, but...

       3. Do ET when u have ~0% exp on both base and job
       or else u r gonna cry
       i actually manage to get exp even though i lost alot just by
       killing Evil Snake Lord, <3 my VIP too
