       About Guild Positions

       I was checking on guild members last night and i notice that it
       looks like a big mess, so i had the idea to organize our members
       in
       1. ~Requested Tittles~ / Guild Officers
       2. 3rd job -> ??1st Chair??
       3. Trans -> ??2nd Chair??
       4. 2nd job -> ??3rd Chair??
       5. 1st job -> Nouveau
       6. Alts -> Alternatives
       7. 50% tax -> Sacrificial
       in this order and also remove the novice position

       That wouldn't be fair for the people that are really
       participating in the guild. I can't have a new 3rd job character
       have a higher rank than a trans guildmate who has been in the
       guild for awhile. I already have 50% tax for Sacrificial and
       I'll remove Novice to add in Alts.
