The problem is that you ONLY want 3rd Class. When it comes to
things like these you can't discriminate people due to their
classes. I would recommend anyone who wants to WoE period.
So far I have Maple Leaf~ or was it Maple~? Along with another
ranger named Byakugan but that's about it so far. Not sure other
than them and Me, Ace, White, Sweet, etc.

You guys don't have the skill or player base to be picky about
who you get, Maybe a few months ago 3rd job only would have been
an okay requirement, but right now the player base on ygg is so
low you don't have much of a choice most decent 3rd class
players already on the server want to go to a guild that stands
a chance such as Loki's, Valk, WN and Revo. You might have to
start recruiting some fresh meat into the non-woe guild and
helping them advance so they can join the woe guild.

I didn't list Volkiba because minus 3-4 people they're not that
great, and they have terrible teamwork/coordination with allied
guilds.
