Guild Recruiting

Our guild needs a bit of a touch up with a new set of members
for our cause! Lately, we've established with a guild called
Royal Charisma and over the last few days, they've recruited
quite a team comprised of a few highly experienced (and decently
leveled) individuals. Although they are an ally, we should still
try to best them, a friendly competition between guilds if you
will. Life isn't fun without challenge!
Of course leveling is one major aspect of creating a strong,
stable guild, but there other things that we must take into
account so as guild recruiting. As of yet, our guild is
comprised of roughly fifteen to twenty main characters while the
rest are alternates of another guild. We need to start
recruiting more mains to help create a stable guild capable of
holding it's own in Guild Battles. Therefore, we must resume
recruiting soon so those of you with recruiting rights, please
commence recruiting.
Who should I recruit?
If I had to be honest with you, we need:
MAIN
- Rangers
- Maestro
- Soul Linker
- Sorcerer
- Arch Bishop
- Royal Guard
- Sura
- Warlocks
- Shadow Chaser
- Guillotine Cross
- Rune Knights
- Of course, anyone is fine as long as they are active mains
- THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE THIRD JOB
How Do I Know Who to Recruit?
We don't necessarily want complete strangers to join our guild.
It would be best to recruit them during or after a party to see
what kind of player (and possibly person they are). In my
opinion, this is the best way to recruit but, do not let these
hinder your recruitment of others. Use your intuition for
potential members who can create a positive impact in our guild
and our alliance among others.

theres so much people that dont know me, i feel as if i do not
belong in such a guild full of le pros

That's because you play Dragon Nest. You should get back on RO
soon, we need actives to play so that's why we really need to
recruit more people who are Active Mains.

We have eight guild members in the Rune Knight class. We have a
lot but, like I said any class is fine.

I might be repeating myself but even if I don't really have a
main right now, I still have many alts around the same lvl. So
if you need a certain class for a TI, a party or help somewhere,
I can always help if i'm available at the time. Just lemme know
