I've Never Seen The Sun Like This // Joining

Domino was looking around the lush terrain. The sky was painted
the violets, pinks and oranges of sunset, stars faintly visible
in the cloudless sky. His dull gray eyes were wide and reflected
the colors of the sky as he gazed up from a leafless, dead tree
that stood out from the beautiful greens.
The young white and black furred tom found him lost in the
calmness here, and he smiled. He blinked and looked down at the
ground. He was pretty high up this tree, Dammit. His smile faded
as he thought of how difficult the climb down would be.

He was alarmed at the sight of a cat suddenly appearing and
nearly jumped off the branch he was on.
"Oh.. uh. I'm just enjoying the scenery. It's so beautiful from
up here!"

"Hurry up! Camp's this way!" Dawn Skipper purred, smiling. She
lead the way to the cave. Dawn Skipper looked around, smiling at
how the mountains around them were like guarding walls. She
loved this place!
