       Greetings galactic adventurers! In order to commemorate the
       start of Cosmic Frontier, all character made between now and
       February 1, 2014 will begin at lv5! Now's the time to start and
       invite any friends you think may be interested! Or... y'know...
       wait until February 2nd to invite your friend so you're stronger
       than them. If that's you thing, I won't judge... much.
