       CINNAMON CHRISTMAS LOGS

       1 cup of butter
       5 TBSP. sugar
       Dash of salt
       2 cups flour
       1 tsp. vanilla
       1 tsp. almond extract
       Mix all ingredients (Dough is very thick, and I found it useful
       to use my Kitchen Aid mixer)
       Roll into 2 inch length logs and place on ungreased cookie
       sheet.
       Bake at 30 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
       Let cool.  Roll cooled logs in:     1/4 cup sugar
       1 Tbsp. cinnamon
       Store in airtight container.  Makes about 45 cookies
