       CrockPot Mashed Potatoes

       Crockpot Mashed Potatoes
       5# potatoes, peeled, boiled, well-drained
       1 stick unsalted butter
       1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
       1 8-oz. container sour cream
       2 tsp. onion salt
       1 tsp. salt
       1/4 tsp. pepper
       Mash the potatoes, add the remaining ingredients and beat until
       smooth with an electric mixer. Store in the refrigerator up to 2
       weeks or freeze fro 2 months in serving size freezer bags.
       To serve, defrost if frozen, then place the desired amount in a
       baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees or until
       desired warmth.
       Crockpot Method--Put potatoes in a crockpot that has been
       sprayed with Pam, on low for 3-4 hours before serving time. Stir
       often so potatoes do not brown.
       Serves approx. 8
