       Sausage Bread

       Sausage Bread
       1 lb. ground sausage, browned
       6-8 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed
       (I used shredded)
       1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
       1 T. parsley flakes
       2 eggs
       1 loaf frozen bread dough
       (follow directions on package)
       Roll bread dough into a large rectangle.
       Drain browned sausage. Combine with cheeses,
       parsley flakes, one egg, and one egg white.
       Reserve yolk to brush on completed roll.  Spread
       mixture on dough rectangle and roll it up like a
       jelly roll.  Pinch edges and ends.  Place seam side
       down on cookie sheet in a horseshoe shape.
       Brush on egg yolk.  Bake at 350 degrees for
       30 minutes.
