PICKLE DIP PINWHEELS
16 oz, cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups diced deli ham
1-1/2 cups diced dill pickle spears (I used Vlasic pickles-very
crunchy!)
6-7 taco sized tortillas
Dice ham and pickles and set aside. Beat cream cheese until
smooth, then fold in the ham and pickles. Spread evenly among
tortillas, leaving about 1/2" on the side and roll up tightly.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour (I did
mine overnight). Slice into 1" rounds.
Makes about 48 pinwheels.
(This is surprisingly good--I was hesitant about serving them at
our church coffee hour but they loved them! Also, this recipe
works well if you want to cut it in half.)
