       Cajun Chicken Strips

       CAJUN CHICKEN STRIPS
       1 tbsp flour
       1 tsp. poultry seasoning
       3/4 tsp. garlic salt
       1/2 tsp. paprika
       1/4 tsp pepper
       1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
       1-1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
       2 tbsp butter or margarine
       In plastic bag, combine first 6 ingredients  Add chicken and
       shake to coat.  In a large skillet cook chicken in butter for
       8-10 minutes or until done.
