       1 Baguette
       Tomatoes, diced
       1 tbsp red onion, diced
       Salt, pepper, pinch of sugar
       Good olive oil, butter..I use maybe 4 Tb each.
       1 Lg garlic clove
       Balsamic vinegar
       Mozzarella cheese
       Melt butter into olive oil in small saucepan, put garlic clove
       in and let it hang out a few whilst you're slicing bread...into
       1/2" thickness on the bias.
       Mix up tomato mixture, adding s & p. I put a cpl folded paper
       towels I bottom so it can soak up excess liquid. It will make
       the bread soggy.
       Put a cpl spoonfuls on bread, topping Mozzarella (OR parmesan  )
       run under broiler a few.
       OMGOSH..I forgot the basil....add basil..
