       MACARONI COLESLAW by Gramcracker

       MACARONI COLESLAW
       1 cup elbow macaroni, measured when dry
       1/2 cup sweet orange bell pepper, or use red, yellow or green
       1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
       1 English cucumber, cut in half, then sliced
       3/4 cup peas, cooked
       8 oz. mixed coleslaw (use packaged and weighed what you need)
       Dressing
       3/4 cup mayo
       2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
       2 tbsp sugar
       1/4 tsp. garlic powder
       1/4 tsp. salt
       1/4 tsp. pepper
       2 tsp. lemon juice
       1. Cook macaroni, drain and rinse with cold water, pour into
       LARGE bowl
       2. To the macaroni, add cut up pepper, celery, cucumber, peas
       and coleslaw
       3. Prepare dressing, whisk together till smooth
       4. Pour dressing over coleslaw and mix until well combined.
       Refrigerate at least 1/2
       hour before serving.
