       Crab Dip from old board

       The Best Crab Dip Ever!

       1 can of artichoke hearts
       1 can of white crab meat
       8 oz of soft cream cheese
       1 cup of parmesian cheese
       2 green oinions chopped (optional)
       cocktail sauce to taste (optional)
       small or medium casserole dish with lid
       Drain artichoke hearts and mash into dish. Drain crab meat and
       mix with artichoke hearts with a fork. Blend in the
       soft cream cheese and the parmesian cheese. Add the green onions
       and cocktail sauce (optional)... if you don't
       have these on hand the dip still tastes good without them. Blend
       and cover with lid.
       The nice thing about this dip, is that you can
       1. heat it up in the microwave (2 minutes at a time until warm)
       2. heat it up in the microwave and keep it warm using a chaffing
       dish (for a party)
       3. bake it in the oven at 350 for about a 1/2 hour.
       Serve warm with crackers or on little slices of french baguette
       toast...
