       16 oz. apple jelly
       16 oz. pineapple jelly (or whatever you can find)
       5-6 Tbsp. dry mustard
       5-6 Tbsp. horseradish
       Mix together. I put back into the jelly jars and refrigerate for
       12-24 hours to allow the flavors to marry. This stuff lasts
       forever...well, it CAN last forever, but never seems to last
       very long around here!
       To serve, pour about 1 - 1 1/2 cups over a block of cream
       cheese. Serve with plenty of dipping crackers.[/quote]

       I love this stuff. Haven't made it in a while. I always wondered
       about changing out red plum jelly for the apple, making it more
       festive!?
