       Thanksgiving Pecan Pie

       THANKSGIVING PECAN PIE (found online)
       1 cup light Karo Corn Syrup
       1 cup sugar
       3 eggs, well beaten
       2 Tbsp. butter, melted
       1 tsp vanilla extract
       1 1/2 c pecan halves
       1 deep dish frozen pie crust
       Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Have cookie sheet in oven while
       preheating.
       Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla  using a spoon,
       stir in the pecans and pour into frozen pie crust.
       Place on baking sheet pan in oven center and bake for 60 - 70.
       If edges begin to brown too much put foil strips over crust
       edge.
       Let cool on wire rack.
       *or buy a Marie Callender's pie and relax.
