       Cranberries with Cream Cheese (from the old board)

       CRANBERRIES WITH CREAM CHEESE
       1 cup water
       1-1/2 cups water
       1 12-oz. fresh or frozen cranberries
       1/2 cup orange marmalade
       1 11-oz. can mandarin oranges
       1 tbsp. lemon juice
       1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
       Assorted crackers
       In saucepan over medium heat, bring water and sugar to a boil
       without stirring and boil for 5 minutes.
       Add cranberries.  Cook until berries pop and sauce is thickened,
       about 10 minutes;remove from heat.
       Add orange marmalade and mandarin oranges to cranberry mixture.
       Stir in lemon juice; cool.
       Spoon over cream cheese and serve with crackers.
