       Mango Salsa

       Mango Salsa
       3 ripe mangos, diced into small pieces
       1 red onion finely chopped
       1-2 red, orange or green peppers, finely chopped (I love the
       colors)
       1/2 cup chopped cilantro
       1 finely chopped jalapeno, seeds or no seeds depends on you
       juice from one lemon or lime
       dash of salt
       Mix together. Leave out the heat if you don't like it. This is
       good with chips or over fish. Make sure your mangos are tasty or
       it won't taste good. Also, I HATE mangos by themselves, but love
       this salsa! Go figure!
