       Mexican casserole

       I think of this as Mexican Lasagna
       Mexican Casserole
       1 lb of lean ground beef
       1 lb of sausage
       1 onion chopped
       1/3 cup butter or margarine
       1 lb velveta cheese
       1 ea cans cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups
       1 small package of noodles (cooked) 12 oz package
       8 oz cream cheese
       season to taste with oregano, garlic and basil
       Brown meat with onions, seasoning to taste.
       In a large saucepan melt the margarine, add the Velveta cheese,
       once melted add the soups and the can of rotel tomatos.  Let
       heat and mix in cooked noodles precooked meats and onion.
       Bake in Casserole for 30 minutes.
