       A fun, busy day. My cuz, Kris brought chix tortilla soup. We ate
       soup together, then she left me the rest. The chix was so good
       because she baked it.
       Then, Teri came. She went to groc to pick up a few things. When
       she came back, she fixed me a huge bowl of broccoli salad. I had
       that dinner. Love broccoli salad.  I had a protein drink with
       it. So, I’m full!

       Your meal sounds good.
       I went to the dentist today   I have a temporary crown on a
       tooth and the dang thing has come off twice. Today I got a new
       temp but it feels much more secure. I am still very cautious
       eating. Lunch out at the local tea room and yogurt this evening.
