       Got the results from my bloodwork this morning. I am anemic and
       need more protein. I will have B12 shots ever week for 2 months,
       then retest. She is adamant that I drink protein daily.
       So….

       You can do it Pat. I will be thinking of you. My eating habits
       are terrible. I try to eat right but don’t always follow thru.
