Well we have a sunny day here in the Texas coastal area. I have
beautiful blossoms growing along my back fence. I would love to
get out of the house today but think I will relax and read.
We had a very nasty fire recently near where my Granddaughter
and her husband live as well as several friends. Lots of friends
and family exchanged messages to let everyone know they were
       safe.
Have a great weekend. I think I will grill a steak this evening
and bake a potato to go with it. My appetite has been rotten
lately, so I am trying to improve my meals.

We got 1 inch of much needed rain last night. Haven’t had rain
       since 9/1.
Dinah brought me a meal from the funeral dinner at church.
Pulled pork and lots of salads. Very good!
I finished up my Jayhawk notepad holders for everyone. Also made
       4 birthday cards.
