       I am having a lazy day today. We have sunshine on the gulf
       coast. Frankie and I will have a nap and I will read my Kindle.
       So far I don’t have a dinner plan. I am having my morning coffee
       now but am clueless what I will fix for dinner.

       It’s been a day. My nurse came and I was still in bed. He came
       in and took my vitals. Left me 2 tomatoes.
       I had a protein drink and fruit for lunch. Then at 2, my OT
       came. I used my 2# weight and we worked my arms.
       Tonight, Teri brought me dinner from the Thai food truck at the
       farmers market.
