       Pink Salad

       A friend shared this recipe with me.
       Pink Salad
       1 small carton small curd cottage cheese
       1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
       1 small  red jello, dry
       Sugar free cool whip (12 oz)
       1 cup miniature marshmallows
       ½ cup chopped nuts
       Mix well, chill for 5 hours

       I've made this for years--my kids always called it "Pink Stuff".
       It's a staple for every Thanksgiving dinner!
