       Cabbage Roll Casserole

       Cabbage roll casserole
       1 lb ground beef
       1 onion chopped
       2-3 cloves of garlic
       14 oz can of diced tomatoes
       8-9 cups of cabbage  chopped
       1 tsp salt
       1tsp black pepper
       1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
       In a large pan brown ground beef and onions.
       Add garlic, diced tomatoes, cabbage, salt, pepper.
       Cook until cabbage is soft.
       Add shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
       I have had it with cheese and without. I like it both ways.
       I didn’t use shredded cheddar cheese.
