       Pecan Pie Muffins

       Pecan Pie Muffins
       Preheat oven to 350º
       Combine
       1 c. chopped pecans
       1/2 c all-purpose flour
       2 c chopped pecans
       1 c. packed brown sugar
       2/3 cup butter, softened
       2 eggs, beaten
       Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease muffin tins well.  Can use
       small muffin tins or regular tins.  Your choice for size.
       Melt 1/2 c. butter, beat in 2 eggs and dry ingredients. Add 1 t.
       vanilla, mix in. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
       For regular muffins bake 15-17  minutes and for mini muffins
       bake 16-18 minutes. Remove immediately. You may need to run a
       knife around to pop out
