Caesar Salad dressing

This recipe came from a restaurant in Cape Canaveral many years
ago when we lived there. It is different from Traditional
Caesar dressing which I normally make.
Ingredients:
one quart mayonnaise
6 eggs
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package dehydrated onion soup mix, use only part of the onions
and all of the seasonings
2 oz tube of anchovy paste, or chopped (very fine) anchovies
Directions:
Place all ingredients in electric blender, or mix with electric
mixer. Beat until smooth and creamy, store in refrigerator.
Usually served on coarsely torn escarole or romaine lettuce with
crisp croutons added on top just before serving.
The dressing will keep for a long time when refrigerated. This
recipe makes about one and a half quarts.
