       Susan's Easy Pumpkin Bread

       The title takes more time to type than to mix up the bread!
       Susan's Pumpkin Bread
       1 spice cake mix
       1 can pumpkin puree (for 1 pie)
       3 xl eggs or 4 large ones
       1 stick melted butter
       1 pkg butterscotch chips.
       Beat eggs in bowl, add pumpkin, melted butter and cake mix. Mix
       well. Add chips. Pour into 2 prepared loaf pans.
       Bake 1 hour @ 325.
       Oh, yummy! My Mom loves it, as do Susan's boys!
