       Cornbread Salad ala Pat

       Cornbread Salad ala Pat
       Bake a small pan of cornbread. I used Jiffy. I used half
       crumbled into a bowl. Froze the other half.
       Add these in amounts you like
       Diced bacon, fried crispy. (I fried a pound and froze the rest
       for another time.
       Halved cherry tomatoes, wish I'd used more
       Diced Vidalia - onion I used lots!
       Pinto beans, didn't use all the can, so saved the rest.
       Frozen corn, thawed
       Dressing either mayo or ranch. I used mayo. Maybe 1/4 cup?
       I know some might add bell pepper. But, if you like it, add it!
       Mix well, refrigerate for an hour or so to allow the ingredients
       can get friendly!
