Peachy Keen Chicken

PEACHY KEEN CHICKEN
This 4-ingredient recipe is the full recipe, but it works well
if it is cut in half!
8 chicken thighs or legs, or a mixture of both
1 pkg. dry French onion soup mix
8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
Small jar of peach preserves -- about 1 cupful
Mix all ingredients except chicken in a bowl.
Place chicken pieces in a baking pan, sprinkle with pepper. No
extra salt needed
Pour sauce over chicken making sure it's coated well.
Roast uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes
until chicken is done
Baste several times during cooking. The chicken should be
browned and caramelized.
