       Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls

       1 roll of breakfast sausage
       1 8 ounce block cream cheese
       1 cup grated cheddar cheese
       1 box of Red Lobster Biscuit mix or equivalent amount of
       Bisquick
       optional a dash of hot sauce
       Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
       Mix the ingredients until well combined.  I use my dough hook
       attachment to mix the ingredients.
       Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet.
       Bake in a 400 degree oven for 18 - 22 minutes
       Note:  This recipe made two cookie sheets of the Sausage Balls.
       I also used parchment baking sheets on my pans.  Best served
       warm!
