       In a rural area when there is a serious emergency and it is
       quicker is a good thing. Although, in our area we are close to
       local hospitals and it is hard to find a landing zone for a
       helicopter. A better idea for a serious trauma that requires
       quick transport to a more advanced facility would be to first
       transport the patient to the hospital where there is already a
       landing zone and have them transported from there.

       Air Transport is a good idea if your in a rual setting.

       i think air transport may be valuable in rural areas , but in
       our area we have hospitals very close so the time delay for air
       transport would not be feasible
