the lsb alone wont stabalize the pt. since the ufd deosnt have
mast pants i would have to use pillows and blankets placed
       around the pt.

If MAST are not available than the lsb is not useful by itself
       to stabilize such an injury.
Additional consideration would be to use pillows or blanket
(folded or rolled) to pad the hip and leg area of the patient.
Some agencies carry commercially available devices for hip
stabilization, if available these devices will provide
additional support and comfort for the patient.

If no MAST pants, a long spine board isn't enough, Id use
pillows and blankets in addition then make sure its wrapped so
it snug and in place, thus a pelvic wrap.

agree with everyone else in stabilizing with blankets,
pillows-pelvic wrap as best as you can. Monitor vitals every 5,
       0/2,etc.

BSI immoblize pt, mast pants would be useful in this situation.
Give O2 try to keep pt warm, load and go

I would apply mast pants if the department carries them. If not
i would secure pt to lb with pillows and blankets, givehigh
       o2,elevate foot of lb,rapid transport.

Apply the mast pants O2 therapy and transport with an ALS
intercept. Keep the patient warm. Maintain vitals.
