       I threw a curve in this question that I am not sure if anyone
       picked up on:
       the location of the intoxicated driver in the MVA was in a
       school zone on a school day..was interested to see if that would
       prompt anyone to tell LE to just arrest her for DWI!
       However you all gave the right answers..Treat the patient..we
       are not LE and do not have the tools to make the determination
       on DWI..and allowing the officer to enter the ambulance is
       fine..but you should advise the patient they are present as
       there may be medical information the officer does not need to
       have..
