I would treat the patient as any other and tell the officer what
we found on arrival and let them interview the driver if they
want to. I cannot definitively say they were drinking but I know
the cop can make it work.

treat the p/t like anyother p/t ,if they want to get in the
ambulance to interview the p/t i would let them, they have to
investigate the accident ,if ask any questions ,we can only tell
       them want we saw

I would treat the pt like any other pt involved in a MVA and let
the police do their job. As for cop asking about drinking I
would say when we arrived the pt was not drinking which is
truthfully answering the cop. How could she be talking to us
       if she was busy drinking.

I believe first and formost you have to be subjective whetherr
you are giving a report or sharing information with anyone.
It's crutial that you dont judge, and state only the facts.
Never speculate aout what you think you found or what you think
happened based on past experiences. State only what you know to
       be factual
