The c-spine precaution due to the fall. I would do passive
rewarming, by removing wet clothing, placing her into the warm
ambulance and covering her with more blankets.

First get a collar on her. stablize her head and then check for
injuries, of her head, back and arms, legs. Check her upper and
lower extremities. Check her alertness. Check her vitals and
pupil reactivity. Put her on a backboard and cover her with a
thermal blanket with a regular blanket over top. Take care of
any bleeding. I would look for broken bones. Broken hip,
concussion, hypothermia and spinal injury.

I would take C-spine precautions like most other posts say.
Passive warming with a blanket and make sure the rig isn't too
warm when she gets in. Also be careful moving her to prevent too
much shaking to avoid any other serious medical problems.

we will take bsi precautions, lets not assume she fell on the
ice ,just ended up there because of a medical emergency.I would
also take c-spine and and then take an intial assessment, this
willlead to our treatment, what type of warming ,shock et.

bsi ,then c spine stabilization ,keep pt warm w blankets ,quick
interview with p/t if see has any pains or suspect any other
injuries , board p/t and get her to warm ambulance,if need be
remove wet clothing, base line vitals,high flow o2 nrb if needed
start passive warming,treat for shock if needed
