First off i'd say deal with the scammers, only way to do this is
remove dicing from normal members, or.. make the dicers pay
insurance.. so for example make a dicer pay 10% of his bank as
an insurance in case of a scam.. this sort of prevents them from
going out and scamming our players. in addition to this make
dice rank a lot higher in terms of $$... not every donor who
gives $15 should get the rank imo.. a figure like $30 would be
more better.. like how it is on other servers..
also I don't really think its a great idea that people with a
bank of 5b or less should be hosting...
Secondly i'll be honest im not out to get anyone demoted but is
there any real need for 4 admins? have more ranks - mods who
deal with pvp issues and scams and a mod who deals with helping
out the players.
in terms of admins hi bye is the head then just have one below
hi bye who is a normal player but can ip ban\mute..
all the mods should be able to ban\mute and also add a
givereason on bans on command, in my previous server when we
banned a player we had to enter a reason so other players and
mods who have the player come up to them see the reason as to
why and this could be done by adding in a reason command
::reason (ily dds) for example and it would pop up with a
reason.
The suggestion above is not a necessary thing but just an
additional feature.
The server is good but needs drastic changes, coding needs to be
done but we understand jay doesn't have the time to do the stuff
needed, so perhaps involve another coder (he\she could be the
new co-owner) someone who can bring value to the server and not
just $$
also another thing that I think is important is 1) staff
shouldn't remove bans or mutes where proof is about them doing
something wrong, or simply wait for the member of staff which
enforced the punishment to come on and deal with the player in
question. I have posted suggestions in another thread which I
will bump so others can see and comment.

i've made tons of suggestions similar to these in the past,
several times, but they just don't seem to get done. I even
asked jay just to make a new part of the forums for 'staff' and
we have to post every mute+jail+ban in there with a reason. That
then stops the situation where people are getting unbanned or
unmuted by other members of staff because the player is like 'i
got muted for no reason' when there clearly would have been one
in the first place. (obviously make that part of the forum only
visable to staff members) etc.

the other admins like hunter etc are barely admins tbh. its just
cos they're jays irl friends so he gave them that status in
game. they're not properly admins.. he just needs to make a new
rank like 'jays friends' with a pink star or some shit. lele.

I guess that the DICE RANK must be removed and placed with an
NPC who hosts dice its the only legit way and people pay for
dice bag and it get controlled so its IMPOSSIBLE to scamm I can
give a server example to any high staffs (not mods) and reason
thing ingame will be spam cause we all know how the
bans,unbans,mutes,unmutes,jails,unjails goes... this server has
too low people to put reasons
