[Report] Reporting 'One N Only'

Right, before I begin, may I see he admitted to buying this
account for in-game items, which I'm not sure if it's allowed or
not, on other server's it's NOT allowed, which is why I'm
questioning it here.
Name: One N Only
What he / she has done: Flamed me, calling me names which
insults my appearance

Other information: Everytime I step into the wilderness and
he/she isn't in a fight, I usually get rushed without asking and
it's slightly annoying.
I AM NOT REPORTING THE PERSON FOR THIS, JUST QUESTING IF IT'S

If you'r ingame do ::rules and read rule 6 :)
Its Illegal
READ ALL RULES I know them all haha ;D (by heart)
