skizz avoiding punishments.

Skizz was flaming me, i gave him his 3 warnings and then muted
him for 30minutes. he then proceeded to come onto his skilling
acc named 'skills' to flame some more.
so dds spec own ipmuted him.
he then proceeded to change his ip to avoid his punishment.
= perm ip mute/ban + real ban + mutes on his main accounts
(skizz+skills)
or lemme guess someones going to let him off again? for his like
18th mute/ban/ipban/ipmute

and now has proceeded to make level 3s to come and flame
everyone. thinking hes cool avoiding his punishments. must have
a proud mother.
