'skizz' finally banned.

I have had ATLEAST 10-15 complaints about Skizz scamming in
dicing. We have seen vids & pictures. Yet nothing was ever done.
And then today he started doing bugs such as tb+barrage in one
spell book. and escaping from jail.
he then also proceeded to login to his skilling acc and throw
the odd flame out at myself or Aaron.
(hi bye gf banned him)
he should stay banned. or have his dice rank + bank wiped before
unban as he causes so much hassle among the staff team, and is
getting cockier by the minute as he is not being punished.

people are sooo funny, first off we unbann cause hes paying us?
the only one that see's the donation money is jay. 2nd luke
needs to stay banned and he will be iped if i see him on the
server...
