       Ragging

       Ragging ruins the game because people feel the need to be dicks
       to new players that managed to kill them and attempt to bash
       them about how poor they are. Ragging should be a jailable
       offense as it ruins the fun.

       RAgging is apart of pking, i know ragging is annoying, but
       everyone rags. pking wouldn't be the same without ragging.
