So now you will be immune to Brute Force. But real hacking can
still get through to your forum account.

What is real hacking anyway? How is it done? Do you send
messages to a computer and tell it to do something over the
internet? One of my friends figured out how to shut someone's
device down by telling it to do so from his phone, but that's as
in-depth as I have ever heard.

Hacking is making a code do what you want it to do. It is
basically writing another code to make the original code work in
a way it was not originally intended to work.
If one can access the code for a website with a password
protected login, they should be able to decipher it and figure
out what they need to type to get through either without knowing
the password or by finding it.

Interesting. I'm assuming it's illegal though, correct? When
       used without permission from someone.

Who said I was a legal person?
       I'm an illegal alien penguin!

That wouldn't be why it was illegal. If I hacked a GGE account,
that would be illegal as it would be considered an attack
against GGS. If I hacked an account with personal details, that
may be illegal. If I hacked an account on some random website
where no one is making money and it's not used to store personal
information, then I could likely claim that it is not illegal.
       It's very circumstantial.

       ...Kinda.
Anything in a legal document is considered personal information.
So if your bank accout as a D.O.B in it then it cannot be taken
       without your consent.
