You have the same mindset as me, then. Good. So no TF2-like
things?
Skyrim is good for that, but it's singleplayer. The Elder
Scrolls Online would suit, but it's $60 to buy and then $15 per
month to keep playing.
ArcheAge is one I'd like to look further into. Free-to-play,
download.
Star Citizen, though . . . Extremely promising. Paid game,
download, release in 2016.
I like the second-to-last the most. I don't want to pay for a
game. It seems a waste when there are other games such as GGE
that, while they have their problems, are at least free.
Besides, I'd never get my parents to understand why I would need
to download and buy a game. They don't know that I'm still
playing GGE. They don't even know about Inrazimad! I have a
"secret" life that no one knows about and I'm fine with that.

I don't really know much if anything about TF2.
The last two seem good. The problem with the last one would be
finding a way I can secretly buy and download a game...
Yes. My problem exactly. It would be easy for me to download a
game, since I've downloaded at least 15 programs that my parents
know nothing about. What would not be easy would be to buy it,
since I would have to access my parents' account, and that would
lead to heaps of trouble.

Lowest amount is $45 USD for the starter ship, starter hangar
and a pass into the dogfighting thing.

Ugh.

$5,000/$10,000

*dies*
Even if I did happen to get that much money, I wouldn't spend it
on a game! I'd rather buy a used car!!!
[quote author=Neamhain Blackmailer link=topic=72.msg9783#msg9783

I vote NO for that. The best games are the ones where real life
money cannot get you much if anything at all.
I concur with that so much I don't even know where to begin. We
need a type of game like GGE, except with less advantages for
stuff bought with real money. I believe that there are a lot of
games like that, so it shouldn't be too hard . . .

*Ahem*
May I add that, unlike GGE, nothing you buy in Star Citizen is
unattainable under normal circumstances. Regardless, once the
thing's released, you can't buy that sort of thing anymore.
Personally, I'll probably pay $75 to get in.
The $45 package also allow access into the Beta. I haven't
explained everything and I won't, so I suggest you look it up.
Although, I have to agree that $10,000 is too high a limit.

I'm speechless...
I mean... EVE Online once, and maybe still does, had a sort of

monocle itself was $70USD

Yes! Games like... Um...
Tanki Online? No... No... I take that back...
What about the games with only one type of currency?

Some of the things I'm reading say it can only be used on
Windows and Linux.
It appears that you must buy a game package to play. The
least-expensive packet I saw was for $20.

Personally, I believe Tanki would be good. You can form a clan,
nothing is limited to money-spenders-only, there is one currency
that can be attained easily, no download is required, and people
who spend money do not get anything other than what everyone
else gets, only without having to save up.
Plus, I have not run into many serious druggers, perhaps one or
two, but they are few and far between.
